Physiotherapy sessions are designed to diagnose and treat injuries, and can improve pain, mobility, and recovery times. Your initial visit will include assessment to determine the goals for the plan of care followed by modality and hands-on treatment. 

Treatment may include shockwave therapy, ultrasound, low level laser, acupuncture, trigger point therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and myofascial decompression cupping.

Home care exercise, stretching and hydrotherapy recommendations will be given throughout the plan of care. You may dress to your comfort level.

Initial Physiotherapy Appointment

Follow up visits include a check-in on progress, and will continue on with your plan of care to continue to address your specific goals.

Subsequent Appointment

Acupuncture and Dry Needling Techniques may be recommended by your physiotherapist to address stress, hormones, pain, muscle spasms and trigger points.

Shockwave Therapy is helpful for stimulating natural healing processes in the body and can address tendinopathy, joint pain and repetitive strain injuries.
