Massage Therapy sessions are designed to improve muscle tension, pain, mobility and recovery.
Your initial visit will include assessment to determine the goals for the session followed by hands-on massage therapy including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and myofascial decompression cupping.
Pressure modifications can be discussed with your therapist (ie. deep tissue, gentler approaches). 
Home care exercise, stretching and hydrotherapy recommendations will be recommended throughout the plan of care. You may dress to your comfort level.

Initial Massage Therapy Appointment

Follow up visits include a check-in on progress, and will continue on with your plan of care to continue to address your specific goals.
